Nutz About Cars started the same way most great car stories do… at home, around family, memories, and machines that refuse to be forgotten.
I’m Ed, a lifelong car nut, husband, father, and storyteller at heart. Cars have always been more than transportation to me. They’re time machines. Each one carries fingerprints from the people who built them, drove them, loved them, and sometimes fought to keep them alive just one more year.
My family is at the center of all of this. They’ve tolerated garage nights that ran long, conversations that drifted into carburetors and trim codes, and road trips where the destination mattered less than the drive itself. Without their patience and support, this passion never would have turned into a story worth sharing.
The cars you’ll see here aren’t museum pieces locked behind velvet ropes. They’re real, driven, sometimes imperfect survivors. From Italian roadsters to American classics, each one has earned its place through history, character, and a little stubbornness. These are cars that still show up, still start conversations, and still remind us why we fell in love with automobiles in the first place.
Nutz About Cars is about preserving that feeling. The joy of discovery. The community around the hobby. The idea that you don’t need deep pockets to love cars, just curiosity, respect for history, and a willingness to learn as you go.
If you’re here because you love classic cars, stories, restoration on a budget, or just the human side of the car hobby, you’re in the right driveway. Pull up a chair. There’s always another story warming up.
Welcome to Nutz About Cars.
